Getting started

AgentNode follows up with your leads by text, in your voice, and hands the conversation to you the moment it needs you.

Sign up

Create your account, then tell AgentNode two things: what you message leads about, and when you send. That is what it works from. You can change either later in Settings.

Import your contacts

Export your contacts from wherever you keep them today — your CRM or a spreadsheet — as a CSV, then use Import CSV from the Inbox. AgentNode reads names, numbers and any notes. Importing ends by asking what you want to do with the people you just brought in.

Where things are

• Inbox — what needs you, your conversations, and your bookings.
• Contacts — everyone you have imported, with their tags and their conversation beside them.
• Campaigns — the standing work AgentNode does for a set of contacts.
• Settings — your account, your number and what AgentNode sends.
