Contacts
A contact is a lead you have imported and want AgentNode to manage.
Importing
Import CSV takes a file of any size. Map its columns once, and AgentNode remembers the mapping for next time. When the import finishes it asks what to do next: reach out, add them to a campaign, or nothing yet.
Adding one
Add contact is two steps: who they are, then what AgentNode should do with them — send a first text now, add them to campaigns, both, or neither.
Tags
A tag is a label like from zillow or inner circle. A contact can carry several, one for each context they are in. Pick a tag at the top of the contacts list to see just those people.
Reaching out
Select one or more contacts and press Reach out. A new campaign opens with them already added, so all that is left to say is what it should do.
Opting out
A lead who replies STOP is opted out straight away. AgentNode never texts them again, and no campaign can pick them up.
